  1. Predict what the future has in store for Michael.  Will he stay with the 14th Street Clinic?  Will the Clinic change in anyway?  What about his relationship status?  Will he be successful with Ruby?

These articles are closely related to the book, The Street Lawyer. Homeless people are being oppressed, in both examples. They seem to be forgotten by people and the government doesn't seem to care about them. In the first document it tells how the homeless have to pay  the paper for their newspaper. They're trying to reach out to the people, they want to be heard. In the paper they're able to tell their stories such as struggling with addiction. This is similar to The Street Lawyer. In the book the homeless people are also allowed to tell their stories to Megan and Michael at their services. Now in the second article it talks about an organization that builds homes for the homeless. An $11 million dollar building is now a home to  former homeless people, which is a great feeling for the homeless community. They finally have a place of their own. The building has 65 furnished rooms, "Chronically Homeless" people are allowed to stay there forever. It is not just "transitional" housing. For example both Mister and the Burton's are examples of chronically homeless people that would be allowed to live there.

Some other similarities are that they're both fighting to help the same group of people, the homeless. Homeless people didn't have a voice, so they didn't get recognized. Homeless in Cleveland never had a voice until  The Cleveland Chronicles began. People can now buy the newspaper for under $1.50. The homeless can be paid from the purchases of the newspaper. This organization gave the homeless money and a start at a job. Michael also gave homeless people a voice. He was their lawyer and spoke for them when they were in need. Megan also helped the homeless be recognized by counseling and group meeting so they can talk about their problems.

These articles are different from the book because they gave different types of help to the homeless. In the book, Michael didn't give them money or a home, he gave them justice. One way that Michael gave them justice by bringing a legal case against  Drake & Sweeney. By winning this case Michael got a cash settlement for these homeless victims.  "Housing First" article gave them a home forever, not temporary.
